Kolohe Jewelry Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchase or delivery to request a return or exchange. Item(s) must have a receipt and be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. 

Purchases from our Custom Jewelry Bar, Engraving Bar, Promise (Permanent) Jewelry, and Spherica Collection are All Final Sales. Sale/clearance items are also Final Sales.

Returns
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. You will also need proof of purchase.

Section #1: Returns In-person:
Kolohe has two stores in Waikiki, Hawai’i. Our associates at either location are trained and available to assist in finalizing your return.

Section #2: Returns Online (Local and Mainland Clientele):
If you would like to request a return through mail, each client is responsible for fulfilling a $5 shipping invoice to send their piece back. From there, we will email a printable shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back must first request a return to be accepted. Clients can send a return in any package.

Section #3: Returns Online (International):
Unfortunately, Kolohe cannot email shipping labels for international returns. We ask all international returns to be sent by the client personally. Items sent back must first request a return to be accepted. Clients can send a return in any package.

Non-Returnable Items
All Final Sales include sale items, gift cards, permanent jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized products, and purchased jewelry from our featured designers, such as the Spherica Collection. Please contact us at aloha@shopkolohe.com for further clarification about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The item must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Your refund will be processed once we receive your original item.

Damages and Issues
Kolohe is passionate about protecting the trusted relationship with our clientele. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly; we will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
Kolohe must receive your request 14 days after purchasing. We will inspect your return and notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, clients will receive the funds to their original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process this return.
