30-Day Repair Warranty

For jewelry purchased in-store or online that has experienced damage, Kolohe will waive all repair fees to assist our customers further within the FIRST 30 DAYS since purchase. Please note that any tugging, snagging, or pulling of the chain may result in breakage. This warranty policy covers:

  • Defects among your permanent bracelets.
  • Defects among your custom designs.
  • Broken components due to manufacturing error.
  • A desire for size adjustment.
  • Sale pieces that have experienced damage.
  • Return labels for customers within the United States
Once this 30-day window has passed, the repair and shipping costs will be charged an additional fee. Due to the unpredicted qualities surrounding each of our customers' lifestyles, prices may vary depending on the severity of damage. For international clients, Kolohe Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees and shipping costs required upon returning or delivering the completed repair.

 

Kolohe is passionate about protecting the trusted relationship with our customers. Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly.

 

If you wish to request a repair for your Kolohe purchase, please complete a Customer Repair Form. A customer service representative will contact you within 48-72 hours of your submission.

 

  • Through Mail Service: 
    If you proceed through mail service, the repair cost will depend on the piece’s eligibility under the 30-day warranty. Prices may vary depending on the severity of the damage. 

    Once dropped off at your nearest USPS location using our pre-provided return label, the estimated turnaround time for repairs serviced through the mail is 7-14 days.  For international clients, Kolohe Jewelry is not responsible for any customs fees and shipping costs required upon returning or delivering the completed repair. 

    Please note that Kolohe is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. 
  • In-person: 
    Visit us in-person to have your repair serviced on the same day! 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Pieces

Kolohe is NOT responsible for lost or stolen jewelry. Replacing any lost or stolen pieces will result in a repurchase.

 

Final Sale Items

FINAL SALE includes sale items, gift cards, permanent jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized products), and purchased jewelry from special collaborations.
