Kolohe Jewelry 2-Year Warranty

Kolohe reserves the right to decline any inquiry that does not respect the people of our establishment. We encourage all honest communication to be mindful and helpful in expediting our correspondence towards a solution. 

 

Section #1: Warranty Policy

Please note that any tugging, snagging, or pulling of the chain may result in breakage. Our pieces are detailed and made of high-quality materials. We quality check each piece to ensure lasting quality. This warranty policy covers:

  • Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product.
  • Any defects in craftsmanship.
  • Any broken components due to manufacturing error.

 

Section #2: Experiencing a problem?

Kolohe is persistent in problem-solving with our clientele to create beautiful, lasting pieces.

  • Kolohe will repair the piece for no additional cost if the product is within the two-year warranty period.
  • Kolohe will replace any broken parts using new materials.
  • Please feel comfortable contacting us if you have any difficulties with our jewelry piece.

 

Section #3: How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for physical goods purchased from Shop Kolohe is two years from the date of purchase.

 

Section #4: What does this Warranty Policy not cover?

  • Cost of shipping for initial return
  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
  • Natural wear and tear
  • Accidents that may affect the product
  • Damage caused by a natural disaster
  • Theft or loss of the product

 

Section #5: Easy shipping process

  • Email aloha@shopkolohe.com for a return label. Only pay for the initial shipping back to Honolulu. Kolohe will pay for the shipping back to you.
  • Clients can send it in any package.
  • International clients will be responsible for getting their return through customs. Once the client has personally mailed their piece back to Honolulu, Kolohe will pay for the shipping back to you.

60-Day Promise (Permanent) Jewelry Warranty:

Kolohe’s Promise (Permanent) Collection is Final Sale. Each piece is inspected for quality control to ensure it is secure and adequately welded during application. Our pieces are detailed and made of high-quality materials. However, please note that any tugging, snagging, or pulling of the chain may result in breakage. 

 

Section #1: How long does the coverage last? 

A promise bracelet purchased in-store from Shop Kolohe is enrolled in the 60-day warranty period from the date of purchase. This 60-day window is our protection plan for clients experiencing damage due to manufacturer error. Customer inquiries after the initial 60-day transaction will be subjected to additional fees.

 

Section #2: What does this Warranty Policy not cover?

  • Shop Kolohe is not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.
  • Cost of shipping for initial return.
  • Permanent Jewelry that is not a part of our promoted collection (necklaces and anklets).

Section #3: My Promise Jewelry broke, but I still have the chain

  • If you are still on Oʻahu, please stop by either of our stores to have the piece re-welded free of charge within 60 days of purchasing.
  • If you are not in Hawaiʻi, we will have you send back the chain to add a clasp, free of charge, to continue the piece's wearability.
  • Any lost charms or beads will be reimbursed/replaced on a case-by-case instance.

 

Section #4: “It has been less than 60 days since I purchased my Promise Jewelry, and I have experienced a break.”

  • If your Promise Jewelry breaks during the 60 days, the repair will be free of charge.
  • Please come to either of our stores, and we will re-weld the piece free of charge.
  • If you are no longer in Hawaiʻi, we will add a clasp to your original chain free of charge.

 

Section #5: “It has been over 60 days since I purchased my Promise Jewelry, and I have experienced a break.”

  • If your Promise Jewelry breaks after 60 days, the repair will incur a fee (shipping not included)
  • The piece can be re-weld at either of our Waikiki locations for a service fee of $15.
  • If you still have the chain and are no longer in Hawaiʻi, we will add a clasp to your piece for $15-$50, depending on the material of the chain. (shipping not included)
  • Replacing any lost or stolen charms after 60 days will result in a repurchase.

 

Section #6: Easy shipping process

  • Email aloha@shopkolohe.com for a return label. Only pay for the initial shipping back to Honolulu. Kolohe will pay for the shipping back to you.
  • Clients can send a return in any package.
  • International shipping ($11-$25 USD)
  • Local and Mainland Clientele ($5 USD)
