Return Policy

Please contact our Customer Service Team through email, text, or Instagram to notify us of your request. Your request for a return or exchange must be within 14 days after purchase or delivery. Item(s) must have a receipt and be in original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. Returns after 14 days may not be accepted, and we encourage reviewing our 30-Day Warranty for additional support.

  • In-person:
    Our associates at either Waikiki, Hawai'i stores are trained and available to assist in finalizing your return. A receipt must accompany all pieces of the requested return. 

  • Mail Service:
    If you are unable to visit one of our boutiques in person, please email us at aloha@shopkolohe.com with the following information ready: 
    1. Full Name

    2. Shipping Address

    3. Email Address

    4. Phone Number (optional)

    5. Order Number

    6. Picture of the piece you wish to return

    The item(s) you wish to send back must first be approved by one of our Customer Service Team Members. Clients can send a return in any package using our pre-provided return label. International customers will be responsible for sending their items through customs.

    International shipping ($11-$25 USD)

    Local and Mainland Clientele ($5 USD)

    Non-Returnable Items

    FINAL SALE includes sale items, gift cards, permanent jewelry, custom products (such as special orders or personalized products), and purchased jewelry from special collaborations. Please contact us at aloha@shopkolohe.com for further clarification about your specific item. 

    Refunds

    Kolohe will inspect your return request and notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, clients will receive the funds using their original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process this return. 

    Exchanges

    The item must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

    Damages and Issues

    Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received incorrectly. If your item has experienced any defects within the first 30 days, please fill out a Customer Repair Form.
