Repairs, Returns and Exchanges

- If you have questions about NEW orders (inquiry about a length, metal, customs, etc), please email aloha@shopkolohe.com
- If you have questions about EXISTING orders (tracking, shipping, repairs, exchanges, etc), please email orders@shopkolohe.com
Repairs: Free repairs within 90 days after purchase/delivery of item
- We provide complimentary repairs after 90 days of purchase in store and online
- If a repair request is made after the 90 days, we have a repair fee for different types of repairs. The fee is on a case by case. If you need a repair after 90 days, please contact us here.
Returns: Returns are only acceptable within 7 days of purchase/delivery of item
- Purchased in store: If a return request is received within 7 days after purchase, we will refund in full store credit only if the item is in sellable condition.
- Purchased online: If a return request is received within 7 days after delivery, we charge $5 for the shipping back to us (we will email you a return label). Item will be refunded in full only if the item is in sellable condition when we receive. We will not refund any shipping.

Exchanges: Exchanges are only acceptable within 7 days after purchase or delivery
- Purchased in store: We will charge or refund store credit for the difference in price between exchanged items
- Purchased online: We will charge or refund in cash/credit for the difference in price between exchanged items. We will also charge a $5 shipping fee for sending the item back and a $5 shipping fee on the new item.
