Sent them jewelry to repair and was required to pay ahead of time (which makes sense). I received notice that my items were prepared to ship back to me on 8/22/2024. It is 9/9/2024 and per the USPS website my items have not been mailed yet. I’ve sent three follow up emails and called numerous times without any response. Please return my items. I just want my jewelry back.
